I see the Graphic Report for Call Queue. Is there a way to tell how long each call held in-queue before being answered?

OrderlyStats is an application that provides analysis on all sorts of call information. If you are concerned with how long calls are waiting have a look at OrderlyQ - its a cunning application that tells callers to call back at a certain time and reserves a place at the start of the queue for them so they get answered straightaway when they call back at the allotted time.
