Call pickup!!!! please help!!

    Hello team

    First, I would like to give you my thanks for all your help you gave me in the past, you rock guys, in special Dicko :)

    So team, i have the following issue, I have Elastix 2.xx running in production doing very well.

    I need to configure some pickup groups having negative results; I did the following steps, with a group of 5 extensions:

    1. I configured the pickgroup "2" in each extensions
    2. I'm using the default *8 feature to pickup the calls

    However, it's not working, when I dialed *8 in one of the phones listed, I received a error tone.

    Could some one explain me how is the correct way to configure this? Or if I'm forgeting something?

    BTW; the direct pickup "**+ext. number" is not working also.
