call pickup in Linksys SPA8000

    HI,

    i have installed SPA8000 with elastix and it is working fine.

    one feature i couldn't get work is teh call pickup
    scenario is as below

    A call coming to an extension 111. but user is not on desk.
    user sitting next to his desk want to pull teh call to his phone.

    how we can do this when we use linksys SPA8000.
    this is working fine with X-Lite softphone. but none of teh linksys devices are accepting teh call pickup feature.

    i will be greatful if anyone can guide how we can do this.

    That feature it sure wont work on linksys and in many ATA system because they have an internal dialplan, you should change the code of call pick up in features code of elastix to something without the "*" simbol.

    Try it an post if you have success.

    question, can u configure individual trunks in the spa8000 like on the spa400?
