Call Pick up feature

    I am looking at the general call pick up feature code, but am wondering if you guys can help me.

    I've got two inbound routes set up using two different incoming numbers, both of these are set up to go to a ring group, which is set to hunt.

    How do you make general call pick up work to pick up a call when it is inbound to the office from another phone that is not within the hunt group?

    I recommend having a read of the following article

    But in a nutshell, as long as they all have the same Pickup Group number and Call Group Number (e.g. the number 1 in both boxes), for all extensions, you can use *8# to pickup any call regardless of what trunk it comes in from or even separate ring groups.

    This is definitely working ok on several sites I have with two sides of the business on the one phone system.
