Call no go through

    I am new for a2billing,

    I am running Elastix PBX , PBX working ok, I can make calls and receive calls, but last night I setup a2billing. when I call to from Assigned DID number for a2billing, can here enter the pin number, after I put the pin number its telling me balance , when i dial number, it's telling me how long I can talk, after little its says number not available.

    please help me to find out, for this issue,
