When I go into recordings under admin user there are no recordings. if i log in as a user it shows their calls only. How can I can admin to show all calls?

Hi,

A little search on this forum will bring you an answer ;)
It is because you have not extension associated to admin user.
Associate an extension to admin user and you will be able to see all recorded calls from all users.

By the way, which Elastix release do you use ?

I'm afraid I have the same problem...



Setting the admin extension didn't solve the problem:

That was a bug in Elastix now fixed.
At your linux box, sign in, and then type:

yum -y update

Latest patch will be downloaded and problem will be fixed.

We have the same problem as reported in this post using the same version (1.0-17)

We dont wanna use yum -y update if we are not sure if this will solve the problem

Could you show us how to solve the problem manually ?
