Call handling

    I have multiple grandstream 2020's and i have all six accoumts set up in the same hunt group. I would like to be able to jugle several calls however when I pick up the first call the second call doesnt ring on my phone. Is this a pbx thing or a phone thing.

    Under Elastix > Extensions > try enabling 'call waiting' on the extension.

    but you will need more than one line button for each extension registered on the Elastix server, try not to think in traditional PBX terms, it is overly complicated and almost certainly unnecessary, you probably don't need a hunt-group in FreePBX or on your hardware, just multiple appearances of the same extension on your endpoint to "Jugle" (sic) calls with, most SIP phones will do that "out of the box", but with Grandstream stuff YMMV :)
