Call Forwarding Issues

    So, here is a breakdown of what is happening. I have a customer setup with Elastix. Every night when they leave, the hit the call forward button on their SPA942 phone, set the number for their answering service, and leave. The next day, they hit the call forwarding button again (which now says "-cfwd"), and resume answering the phones. Now, when this happens, if you login to the Elastix web interface and go under PBX->My Extension, this style of forwarding doesn't show there. Every once in a while, they call me in a panic, saying they can't un-forward the phones, I go over there to find sure enough that the SPA942 isn't set to forward calls, but now under PBX->My Extension tab, it has the number set in the call forwarding box, and I have NO IDEA how they are doing that, or how to undo it without going into the web interface (which they do not have access to, by the way).
