Are you able to make calls from your system to cell phones. Have you set any password to call cell phones. If so it will not work. Could you send a log after doing the call forward and making a call, or please could you give me access to your system to understand the exact problem

Try the following. Under 'misc destination' create an entry like 'ext cell' and use dial string exactly as you would dial from phone to reach cell. save and apply then go to 'misc application' and create an entry for cell forward with a feature code with the same pattern as internal phone ie 100-199 are phones. pick one not assigned to phone say '175' then under destination choose 'misc destination' and the one created ie 'ext cell' , save and apply. Then when your ready to forward calls forward them to your 'misc application' feature code ie '175' which will call phone # stored under 'misc destination'. Hope this helps. :silly:

    Yes.

    Nope.

I tried forwarding to a land line number, and it did not work as well, quick lightening, this line is coming from IP Centrex with CCM from my providers side. Someone told me it could be a codec issue, which I have asked my provider to allow 711u and 729a along with alaw & ulaw, all enabled. Still no go.

Behavior: When call is forwarded, I get 1 ring on the forwarded number and it disconnect, but keeps ringing on the caller side. :/
