Ok, this used to work..... if you created a ring group and had a list of extensions... ex: Code: 1000 1001 1002 1003 Then fail-over instructions, things would work as your GUI instructs. Call Forwarding would not function. But that was fine, because if you set it up as instead: Code: 1000# 1001 1002 1003 The # at the end of 1000 would allow you to perform a CF from ext 1000 and any calls coming into the ring group would obey the call forward. But now that doesn't work. Here is my setup: Code: RingGroup 3000 (7 second ring time): 2000# Fail-Over Destination: Code: RingGroup 3001 (13 second ring time): 2000# 2001 2002 2003 2004 Fail-Over Destination: Code: Voicemail: Ext 2000 That gives the first operator 7 seconds to get the call, if she is unable to, The other operators will get a chance as well for 13 seconds after the initial 7. But for after hours, meetings, lunch, holidays, training sessions, emergancies... things like that; she needs to be able to forward to a variety of different locations. so "Schedules" will not work. They also go to lunch not quite at the exact time every day. I have never used a Follow-Me before, and couldn't find that much documentation or demonstration of "FollowMe RingAllv2" but if i read it right, it could possibly do what I wanted. But I am not sure so don't quote me on it.
