I just had a question from a user yesterday that puzzled me.
This user would like to be able to remotely (via phone) activate his call forward when he forgot to activate it in the office.

There would be an easy way to do that via http if I'm opening the web access from outside or via VPN, but I'm wondering what's the best approach to do it by phone.

If I understand the follow me concept properly, I can't really use it here as the forward number could be different each time.

Is there a way to change an extension call forward status from another extension?

Last issue, on the Cisco phone we are using, the call forward feature used is the one provided by the phone (SIP response 302 "Moved Temporarily") and I'm not sure it can be canceled remotely (except by telnet maybe). Then to use the asterisk forward, it would mean change the users habits to use the *72 code instead.

Any thoughts, genial idea or tap on the head to remind me of something obvious I forgot?
