Hi all

I have install Elastix 1.1 Estable, and register two extension:

    8030

    and

    8041

However, when I try to call 8030 from 8041, I get this on /var/log/asterisk/full:

[Jul 24 09:00:59] NOTICE[2545] chan_sip.c: Call from '8041' to extension '8030' rejected because extension not found.

    How can I fix this?

    Thanks

Sounds like the phone isn't registering. Can both phones access voice mail or a feature on the PBX? That should tell you if the phones are connecting.
Might also be something to do with the codec, try using g711.

Post edited by: johnryan, at: 2008/07/26 09:31

    gilbertonunes,

Just check that this is not your issue. To check, see if your sip.conf and iax.conf files look the same as the examples shown in the post. If they look very different, replace them with the ones in the post, and reboot.

Freepbx shows them as configured, but Asterisk doesn't have them as configured as the chaining of the files is broken....

Problem is only with 1.1-2 Stable ISO

    Regards
