Hi all,

I just jump into Elastix for couple of months and found it is quite challenging to learn softswitch. Anyway, is anyone know whether Elastix can set to limit the call duration for each call/trunk? Looking for a way to prevent for long duration call which may caused by hardware failure or misconfiguration of Elastix.

Sure, Just add TIMEOUT in extension.conf. Anyone know how to limit concurrent call for SIP account? By default Elastix/Freepbx will set call-limit to 50 and I will like to limit it to 1 call per account. Please share with me if you know how to do it.

[from-internal]
exten => _.,1,Set(TIMEOUT(absolute)=3600)
include => from-internal-xfer
include => bad-number

OK, found another way to do it, under General Setting there is a Outbound dial command option, just add the value in and reload. Done. Tested OK.
