Call drop in Elastix or Asterisk when receive fax

Hi all expert,

I have build a Elastix and recently encounter an issue that, when it receive fax call to a non operate extension (i.e., not program in the Extension list, or no phone is plug in), then it will restart the whole amportal service.

Please assist as I have already disable the Fax Extension for the incoming route. I am using Elastix 1.5.2

I solved by disable the fax under General Setting. Thx
