Call data lost- fixed

We ran a yum update that took a system up to 1.0-17 and now we are not able to see call reports in Elastix or freePBX. We are also not able to see call monitoring or channel usage. This was all working prior to the update.
Anyone have a fix? Or know where we can look to fix this?
