Call center reports

    Hello,

    Im working with the call center module, and have some issues:

    1. The Hangup buttom on agent console don't work, only is on gray color.

    2. On reports only work fine "reports break" and "login logout".

    3. The "status bar" on agent console, always is on "No active calls"

    How can I fix this issues?

    To the point 2, I can see that only write on DB agent ,audit and break.
