Call Center Reports Break - export to csv problem

Hi Guys,

Great work in Call Center and many thanks for making continuous upgrades. We are using call center and things are working perfectly. But under Reports section, for "Reports Break", while exporting data, it is exporting data for current date only i.e. it is ignoring the values given in date fields and data already filtered out. Looks like a bug in exporting to csv. When I checked into code, it seems start and end dates are not properly sent as request and hence code is falling back to current day as start/end date. Any fix for this issue?

Try the following:
1. Edit /etc/php.ini
2. Find the section that has these variables:
max_execution_time
max_input_time
memory_limit
3. Double or triple those values
4. restart apache
service httpd restart

Thanks a lot for your inputs. As of now, the values set are:
max_execution_time = 30 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 60 ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
memory_limit = 16M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume
