Call Center Problem

    Hi dear,
    I have elastix 1.1 and call center 1.1

    I create the required procedure (agents, queue, form, outbound campaign etc.)

    I'm login agent console and calls is successfuly.I can see Call, Script and Form tags. But I can't see calls and forms in tags. Only see script. and up panel says 'No Active Call', time 00.00 but I'm speaking.
    I test it FireFox 2, FireFox 3 and IE6
