Agent Screen Shows No Active Calls Time Display :00:00:00

How to resolve this issue!!!!

Can you be more specific, when exactly happen? with a connected call or when?

Hello, i have exactly the same problem.

I think my outbound campaign's csv aint correct... i tryied every method and nothing works for me.

Do someone have any .csv file as sample then i can upload it?

I still can't upload csv file it shows a "No Data" csv file. But all my records were correctly uploaded!

with ssh:
mysql -p
<enter password>
use call_center
"database changed"
select * from calls

I still can't autodial out. I can see "No Active Calls" in the Agent console why??

Everything else work fine but it looks like a bugg.. Please help!!

It's ok now i had same extension number as agent number.

I have a last question. we can save a formular while calling but my question is.. where to show all the formular for wich campaign please?

Yo he tenido problemas para subir archivos con browsers bajo windows, no se por que los sube mal. Proba subirlos desde cualquier S.O. linux, directamente con el Konkeror me funciono.

Intenta con el Mozilla Firefox desde Windows
