call center outbound rework

    I am not clear on how this call center works on Elastix, for instance, after running a outbound campaign, can I run the same campaign with just the no answer calls or answer machine calls, also can I do any disposition at the end off the call and have it tag to my outbound data or will I be able to retrieve it? It works ok but these added perks would be great.
