call center outbound lead format

    Hi ,
    could you please send me sample or example lead model of outgoing campaign in call center module.calls are inactive but campaign is active also agents are active

    I have the same problem.
    I create campaign with outgoing number list.
    Campaign is active, agents are logged in Agent Console and softphones (music is playing).

    In agent console I see:

    No Active Call 00:00:00

    Buttons: Hung up, Transfer are inactive.

    I have started sevice elastixdialer.

    I see, that when I logged in Agent Console and softphone; in 'Agents' menu status is still Off Line.

    What should I do?
