I have setup the Call Center Module and created the agents and the queues. I have also created an incoming route pointing to the queue. As soon as I dial the incoming number I see in the Flash Operator Panel the call in the queue and the agent logged in, but the call never pass to the agent. What I am doing wrong.

Hi all. :)

I don't know why you say to read the document Elastix Without Tears to know how use the call center module, because, there's not any information for this module into this document!

Of course, this one is a very good document to know how use and manage Elastix, but the call center module, no.

I have the 1.6b version, and you ?

Do you have created a queue into Freepbx? (A100,0 for example)
Do you have started the dialer (Call Center / config / start dialer)?

Regards
