Call Center Module

    I have setup the Call Center Module and created the agents and the queues. I have also created an incoming route pointing to the queue. As soon as I dial the incoming number I see in the Flash Operator Panel the call in the queue and the agent logged in, but the call never pass to the agent. What I am doing wrong.

    have you created the incoming campaign?

    read Elastix without Tears, is a good read and especially for the call center module.

    I don't know why you say to read the document Elastix Without Tears to know how use the call center module, because, there's not any information for this module into this document! :blink:

    Of course, this one is a very good document to know how use and manage Elastix, but the call center module, no.

    I have the 1.6b version, and you ? :huh:

    Do you have created a queue into Freepbx? (A100,0 for example)
    Do you have started the dialer (Call Center / config / start dialer)?
