Call center module

    I've been playing around with the call center module for the past couple of days. One of my clients wants the module so that he can simple see which agents are logged in and out and to see how many people are in the queue. From what I can see, Elastix Call Center Module has such capabilities. The only problem is that from what I can tell, the only way for agents to login/logout is via the Elastix GUI. Is there any type of workaround to this? We do not want users relying on their computers to login/logout and even if we do want them relying on the computer, the Elastix IP address is proprietary information.
