Call Center Module Support

    Hi,

    I just installed the Call Center module in the Elastic. Start to follow the Call Center manual but I didn't solve the problem.

    This is my problem. After logging in to the Agent Login interface, the agent extension 80102 (for example) was put on hold music. Under the call center window, if I click on Form, the agent extension 80102 get disconnected. And hence the agents extn 80102 was on hold, inbound calls wont come in. Any Idea?

    Do you use IE? U can try firefox.
