The instllation is very quick and easy, you will need to download the call_center package and then uploade it from the web interface, that would be through:
    System -> Load Modules

Thanks, I see the Call Center option in the Menu Tab. The problem I have now is that I do not see the Queue when I create an agent I see the following fields:

    Agent Number
    Name
    Password
    Retype password

I do not see the Queue option.

    Thanks

That is correct, there should not be any queue option in the creation of an agent. Once you have created the agent, go into the PBX main menu, and choose the queue sub-menu, on the text area, where it says "satic agents"

There you should put the agent numbers, for example if you have created two agents: 503,504

On the text area, you should put:
    A503
    A504

    Notice the capital A

Then on the outbound/inbound campaign, you should choos the queue that you have configured to use agents

Thanks I follow your recommendation, but it is not working. The funny thing is that in the Call Center 1.0 manual it shows that at the time of new agents creation you have to setup the:

    Agent Number:
    Name:
    Queue:
    Password
    Retype password

The Queue is a drop down menu where you select the queue.

Am I looking an old version of the manual?

    Thanks

Yes, you are looking an old docummentation. What is not working? Inbound campaign? Outbound campaign? Are your agents able to register? Have you placed your agent into a queue? What happens? What does the log (/opt/elastix/dialer/dialerd.log)says? What have your tried?

Just upload again the new version, if you have any issue, erase the callcenter database and then upload again the callcenter module through the web interface.

Hello if you have Elastix 1.X, you must install callcenter module 1.5-3.9

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/elastix ... z/download
(you can also find this link on our forum web site)

If you have Elastix 2.X, you may install it by executing:
    yum install elastix-callcenter

    Dear friends,

I am very new in Elastix and after installing Elastix 2.2.0 I am trying to install the call center module of it. In fact I installed call center module using yum and then I rebooted the server (It is a virtual server). And after restarting, I am getting the following error:

PHP fatal error: Call to member function getAssoc() on a non-object in opt/elastix/dialer/DialerProcess.class.php on line 256.

Anyone can help me for getting rescued from this? Please help me!!

PS: just to mention, I am getting this message in linux console, and it is coming continuously even before loging in.
