I see no documentation on how to install the call center module.
Okay, got it installed, but it does not appear to be making outgoing calls.
Additionally, is it possible to have the caller connected to a IVR instead of a call queue? Give them an option of leaving a message or be connected to a agent.
Okay, most is working. It appears that Call Center can not use IAX trunking to make outgoing calls.
Do you have any problems with the statistics and showing calls in the agent web page? What version of call center do you use ? Thanks
