Call Center Installation and Login

    I have installed Call Center 1.5 on Elastix 1.6. Normal outbound and inbound calling works fine from a soft VOIP phone.
    I went to the Call Center tab and then clicked on Configuration.
    I set the Asterisk Login as admin and the password as elastix456.
    I then started the Dialer.
    Then I go to Agent Console and chose my agent number and my extension I set up and click on Enter.
    The soft phone rang and asked me to imput my password, which I then did.
    It then says that I am logged in and the MOH plays.
    But the hourglas just stays on the Agent Login screen and nothing further happens.
    What am I doing wrong?
    Does this combination CC 1.5 and Elastix1.6 work?
    This piece is the crux of my installation and I need to get this working.

    I just went through that same scenario. My issue was when I created the queue, I used the extension picker. What I needed to do was just type in the call center agent id instead. You don't need the extension at all in the queue, just the agent. If I created an agent number of 2100, my queue entry looks like A2100,0 (A must be capitalized) If you are testing, you want your CSV file to be as simple as possible and something compatible with your outbound routes.

    I can now log in but still no outbound call or importing of csv file. But will keep on trying.

    Also I tried making a call from vTiger CRM. But no luck. It says it is dialing, but the MOH still plays on the headset and nothing else is happening.

    Any ideas?
