CALL CENTER HELP

    I almost have everything in the Call Center module working. I can log in I hear on hold music. But it never starts dialing. I have deleted and reinstalled the module several times. I can not get it working to save my life.

    Can someone please help.

    Paste the following information:

    1. Outbound route pattern
    2. CSV sample data
    3. Logs from the elastix dialer (/opt/elastix/dialer/dialerd.log)
    4. The content of the queue queue that you are using (the field that says "static agents")

    Thank you very much for the response. I figured out the problem. I need to add an A before the agents in the queue, to make them dynamic.
