call center - all calls Abandoned

    Hi, I'm tryng to make work the call center module with elastix 1.0-12, only to incomings calls

    I made a queue with two statics agents, when I call to the queue... It ring on one phone (round robin), The calls is answered but always appears as Abandoned. Why is it posible?

    I tried too with dynamic agents , I have only one agent logget ( https://IP-elastix/?menu=agent_console), but when I call the queue the agent doesn't recibe any call and de caller only heard music onhold.. what's wrong.. why the agents never answer the call?
