Call center - Agent Console problem

    Hi,

    I've just installed elastix, added extensions:
    1000
    1001

    trunks (dial rules):
    0048+XXXXXXXXX
    0048+0|XXXXXXXXX

    and
    outband routes (dial patterns):
    0XXXXXXXXX
    XXXXXXXXX

    All working good, soft phone (x-lite) is connected and i can making calls.

    I don't touch 'Inbound Call Control' section without Queues. I put them:

    queue number: 123
    Static agents:
    A1000,0
    A1001,0

    In Call Center menu I create 2 agents:
    number: 1000
    number: 1001

    and campaign. When I try to login into Agent Console, the mouse indicator is busy and rotate clockwise (I don't get Agent menu), also my softphone is ringing.

    In Asterisk console i get this repeat informations:

    Code:
    Parsing '/etc/asterisk/manager.conf': Found
    Parsing '/etc/asterisk/manager_custom.conf': Found
    Manager 'admin' logged on from 127.0.0.1
    Manager 'admin' logged off from 127.0.0.1
    Parsing '/etc/asterisk/manager.conf': Found
    Parsing '/etc/asterisk/manager_custom.conf': Found
    Manager 'admin' logged on from 127.0.0.1
    Manager 'admin' logged off from 127.0.0.1
    ....
    I use Elastix-1.1-Stable-12jun2008.iso and call_center_1.1-1.tar.gz versions.

    What should I do to login in agent console?

    O, it's normal, now you must enter you password. Answer to call and enter you password choosed when create your agent account and press #. Example your password is 202, when your phone will call answer and press 202#

    You have right! I login in my softphone and voila :)
    I see the Agent menu and... other problem :|

    In campaign menu I upload a csv file with call list numbers.

    I check also the call_center database and looks like all is ok, numbers are imported corectly.

    I started elastixdialer service, but i can't see the records in agent console menu.
