Call Back doesn't give busy signal

I am using Elastix 1.3-2 and call back. When I call the back it just rings continuously. Everything works fine in the sense that if I just hang up it will call back and everything works. What I would like is that Elastix hangs up or disconnects immediately (terminates the call) instead of continuous ringing. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Surely if it "gave answer" and thus subjected the caller to a possible charge, it would defeat the object of this particular feature.
If you have a different use in mind feel free to take the existing code and modify it to your own liking.

[edit]

Sorry I re-read, forget the first bit but I stand by the second. (playing a busy or hangup would require an answer first)

Thanks but I don't want it to answer and hangup. A busy signal and hangup would mean no mobile charges.

P.S. Your code is not in your reply.

Thanks

I understand, I didn't post any code, It is necessary to answer a call before you can either hangup the call or provide a "busy signal".
