When I add an entry to calendar and mark asterisk callme, when I recive a call the voice say "good bye". No calendar event or voice message recorded for me. In the log I can see:

[Jul 2 21:00:01] VERBOSE[4448] logger.c: -- Attempting call on SIP/100 for *7899@calendar-event:1 (Retry 1)
[Jul 2 21:00:14] VERBOSE[4448] logger.c: == Starting SIP/100-093e7868 at calendar-event,*7899,1 failed so falling back to exten 's'
[Jul 2 21:00:14] VERBOSE[4448] logger.c: == Starting SIP/100-093e7868 at calendar-event,s,1 still failed so falling back to context 'default'
[Jul 2 21:00:14] VERBOSE[4448] logger.c: -- Executing [s@default:1] Playback("SIP/100-093e7868", "vm-goodbye") in new stack
[Jul 2 21:00:14] VERBOSE[4448] logger.c: -- <SIP/100-093e7868> Playing 'vm-goodbye' (language 'es')
[Jul 2 21:00:15] VERBOSE[4448] logger.c: -- Executing [s@default:2] Macro("SIP/100-093e7868", "hangupcall") in new stack
[Jul 2 21:00:15] VERBOSE[4448] logger.c: -- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:1] ResetCDR("SIP/100-093e7868", "w") in new stack

I have upgraded from 1.0 (last) to 1.1.

Cheers

I have the same issue. Upgraded from 1.0 to 1.1 via yum update. And mine does the same thing. If I record a message and click the save button it says it is saved but when the event calls me It just says "goodbye"

Is not a record problem because the same issue with recorded voice by default. I think that is problem only in upgraded versions

Hello,

Please review in the file /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf, if exists this:

[calendar-event]
exten => _*7899,1,Answer
exten => _*7899,2,Playback(${FILE_CALL})
exten => _*7899,3,Wait(2)
exten => _*7899,4,Hangup()

If not exists, please add, also add the final context

[from-internal-custom]
...
...
....
....
include => calendar-event

In the final, in a terminal run cmd: service asterisk reload

I did make the _custom.conf changes and it worked OK. Thanks!

My problem is with Recordings from the Elastix GUI -and- from FreePBX GUI and the last resort was to record from a microfone&computer and then tranfer the wav to the server by ssh. Also 'User Info' menu option just crashes Firefox3 when you leave this menu.

Anyway, Elastix is continuing to evolve but I don't think that the v1.1 is really stable. Also updates do a lot of weird stuff.
Let's see the upcoming v1.2 with the hope that the already implemented features are all rock-stable!
Elastix team is the greatest ever!
