busy or no unavailable Extension

    how can i do a action when the extension is busy and different action when is no unavailable.
    for example call came in from pstn , ivr1 answer and caller type 5 to transfer to extension 200 if extension 200 busy the caller transfer to ivr2
    else the extension ring 30 sec and transfer to ivr-3

    I have always faked this with a ring group. Not idea but it works.

    i can not find the way to do tihs with ring group

    ring group transfer the caller to extentsion and can not be able to distinguish between

    busy and unavailable

    Have you tried setting up a follow-me for the ext? So that way, if ext 200 is called and it is busy or unavailable, ext 200 follow-me should be configured to route to ivr-2.
