Hello, For several days I have problems with one of the extension configured in the company where I work, all extensions are by data (IP connection), the problem occurs when you dial to the assigned extension because it sounds busy: 1. Extension allows internal and external calls to be made. 2. I tried the phone at another network point 3. The physical phone is restarted. 4. The telephone plant is restarted. 5. I do not see bad configuration in the assigned IP (Web Configuration). 6. The phone's DND option is not enabled. I appreciate you can help me to solve the fault.
