Bugs in new Elastix?

It is noticeable.
I`v downloaded Elastix 0.7.
You accomplished, similarly, great work.
Here only I`m not great programmer, and I do not understand, why now with the pushing of knob "Apply configuration changes" the Web interface perfectly still will hang and does help only amportal restart? And even after this is necessary to reload browser. Furthermore, in the ravines I see the following:

pbx_.ael.c: Unable to open '/etc/asterisk/extensions.ael ': No such file or directory

pbx.c: Requested contexts didn't get merged

src/chan_.h323.c: Unable to load config ooh323.conf, OOH323 disabled

Unknown directive "permit=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 ' at line 18 of /.etch/asterisk/manager_.custom.conf

If is not complicated, if you please, you will explain. Maybe, it`s something so I do not make?
With the respect,
rotnroll

P.S
Sorry for my english, i`m using altavista babelfish

I please forgiveness for my nervous communications.

The fact is that I conducted several installations on the different systems, everything with the error of reloading configuration.

Approximately thus:

1.Boot Elastix
2.Login to web interface
3.Pressing Apply Conf. Changes
4.interface falls
5.of the console: MySQL Realtime Reloaded (SIP,etc)
6.asterisk -rx "reload" => The previous reload command didn`t finish yet - even after prolonged expectation.

Thus.

It is sufficiently offensive.
Version Elastix 0.6 I successfully use in the work, the thanks.

I will be rad, if the emergent situation is the result of my stupidity.

With the respect,

rotnroll

yes Bug in new 0.7 Elastix verison.

When apply for any changes,it was not able to LOAD SIP. Mysql real time loaded..Mgcp loaded h323 loade.. SIP??? no where in picture in list

then tried to apply any other users settings or so , as it was (the previous proccess not finished yet or so) so i reinstalled the old 0.6 version.

If possible then make any upgrade module for 0.6 to 0.7 it will be real easy for any user.

Better then Downloading 600 MB for nothig then facing any bug inside it.

Great work you all are doing ,best of luck for the best ever future.

But I still thinking what it means:

src/chan_.h323.c: Unable to load config ooh323.conf, OOH323 disabled

and

pbx_ael.c: Unable to open '/etc/asterisk/extensions.ael
pbx.c: Requested contexts didn't get merged

and

Unknown directive 'permit=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0' at line 18 of /etc/asterisk/manager_custom.conf

and

cdr_custom.c: Failed to reload configuration file

is it alright?

Those messages seems to be normal because the missed files are not needed in most cases.

I think maybe is an asterisk bug. Maybe a process is placing a lock and doesn't free the lock correctly.

Have you confirm that when the skinny module is not loaded the problem is solved?

I have placed a bug report in the digium site.

Yes.
I verified several times.

Without module skinny the Web interface and asterisk work normally.

Can the matter in this:

chan_skinny.c Failed to bind to 0.0.0.0:2000:Address already in use.

If we in /etc/asterisk/skinny.conf replace port 2000 to, for example, port 2002, then module skinny must not to be unloaded...

And, it seems, it works

This is the response from the digium developers:

"chan_skinny in 1.2 branch has known issues. If you need to use it, please upgrade to 1.4.2. If not, just disable loading of chan_skinny in modules.conf"<br><br>Post edited by: admin, at: 2007/03/26 23:03
