When viewing call records under the Monitoring Tab and when using a login that conforms to an extension, the total number of records indicated is for the entire system (and not extension specific)! Also, the records displayed are only a few on any given page or none on some pages they appear ot be displayed on the page where the record would appear if viewing all records, not just the ones tied to the extension used to log in. I would see this as a pretty MAJOR glitch in the programming of this query. I would assume that the correct/intended function would be to list all calls related to that extension on ONE page or to paginate accordingly with x number of records per page. This oddity makes the Monitoring tab under Elastix essentially useless. To give some details of our installation, we are running a fully updated Elastix server with about 18 queue agents with over 10,000 calls logged per month. We even tried using an admin account to find good data, but there are too few sort/query options to make this work. :-( Help?!?
