Billing report not using right billing rate

Hi

Please help me, my boss is angry!!!

I've setup elastix and now I need to produce call reports for each employee (we have created pins for each person). Now when I use elastix "report" it just shows default rate for "all" calls. I input new rates for each prefix eg. 082, 011 but it only shows "default" rate applied. Why, why, why, I tried everything, is this a bug? Someone else post the same question on this forum but no answers.

Is it possible to use A2billing module to do this. ie. each person gets pin and then you can make a report to see usage. A2billing seems more for calling card and setup seems long.

Please help

I fixed it. When you create each rate, apply trunk=none. Then it works

I have the same problem. And it's a known issue.

Hope settled in new release!
