Hi all, I've got a customer who's got a dedicated line setup for Helpdesk calls. What they're wanting to do is one of two things (Well potentially both even): 1) Bill customers for calls inbound on this local number 2) Give certain high-profile customers an Ext off their system (restricted with custom-contexts) and have all calls to a ring-group for example billed. What they want to be able to do is match up the Incoming caller ID with a name preferably as well as the amount of time the call was going for. Sort of similar to the hotel module I suppose, but in reverse. Is there any software out there for Elastix that will assist with this? Cheers Chill.
