auto attendant does not always accept tones

    My phone system seems to be working well, the only complaint that I've gotten is that the auto attendant sometimes won't accept user input.


    For example "Dial 2 for sales"

    User dials the "2" key on their phone and it does not pass the tone through.

    Are there any options or tweaks that I could look into resolving this issue?


    My setup is done via a PRI trunk.

    Did you increase rxgain in zapata*.conf for the PRI channels? If so, then it definitely can affect the DTMF recognition.
