    /usr/sbin]# ls as* -al
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1108397 Mar 13 2015 asterisk
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1400 Mar 13 2015 astgenkey

Is this intended to show a date in the future?
    The version is 1.4.24-1 though.

How do we upgrade this Asterisk version to latest 1.4.26 ?

There was a bug in 1.5.rc4 back in April ( I assume you went the beta/rc route )

    http://bugs.elastix.org/view.php?id=41

    so "we" could try:

    yum update asterisk*

    which will hopefully fix it.

    or probably in "your" case

    yum update

    is a better choice IMHO

If you you choose to go the Beta route, these things will happen, that's why they are proclaimed beta, with all the implicit and explicit caveats. (you need to follow your project to resolution, i.e. the final release)

    regards

Isn't 1.4.25.1 the latest available in the repo?
