Hi we have installed the latest version of Elastix and the system is up and running. Our problem is that when we click on the "reports" then "extension" for any extension chosen it will show an unusual high "inbound" calls and a lower then expected "outbound" calls. can someone please push us in the right direction to resolve these issues? or suggest an asterisk stats package we can install that will report correct stats.

    thank you,

Please paste the information from the CDR, and explain what you should get

Hi, do you want the CDR.conf? Basically we know the extension made

    Inbound: 3
    Outbound 11

but in the reports section for "extension" it shows

    Inbound: 104
    Outbound: 2

    mmm... that is very odd,
Try to search the registers of inbound/outbound calls that your extension have received/done, but using "Src. Channel" and "Dst. Channel" as filters, try something like SIP/503.

Another question, is your extension on a queue or in a ringgroup? Because if it is, you will get more hits on the cdr every time your extension has been ringing and you wasn't able to answer it. Also make sure that you haven't set an "Outbound CID", because all the calls that you have done through a SIP trunk will get masked with the CID that you have set up. This is why I ask you to search with those filters.
