I rebooted my server tonight and now the asterisk server is not starting.
Any ideas on how to fix?

FORGET IT!

I am driving 4 hours tomorrow to our customers site to remove elastix 2.0 and install elastix version 1.6. Too many problems with 2.0. SO much for my weekend.

before you jump in your car, please try a yum update, there have been two released iso's and innumerable patches against 2.0 in the last three weeks.

Some define "stable" otherwise than you and I my friend.

I did try a yum update and I tried a yum update asterisk asterisk-* but both came back with no files to update. Oh well. Live and Learn. I will wait for 2.1.

Telco:

Please take the time to post your observations in the bug system linked below, you might be blindsided as it is possible that technically an anecdotal rant is not considered a bug per se there, but we are promised a more responsive system by Elastix, believe me you are not alone.

regards

dicko
