Associating All User Extensions to Admin Account

Hi,

Elastix 2.0 requires an extension to be associated with the user Login for call monitoring, call forwarding, recording etc. We need the main admin account to be overlooking or associated with all the extensions so the administrator can have an overall view and ability to make changes, look at call monitoring etc. without having to login to each and every users account and performing operations.

How can this be achieved? Because right now it says no user extension specified and when trying to specify it only allows to select and associate one extension rather than all.

Hi,

Ok I am using the admin login, username: "admin" which is under "administrator" group. Associated to extension 6010.

When I click on reports I can only see calls to and from 6010 and nothing else. But when I login into FREEPBX, I am able to view all call records.

Any ideas, why I cannot one the stock elastix reports page?
