associate queue in the agent

    Hi,

    how do I do to the queue associate the agent in the version calcenter 1.3

    at the PBX-QUEUE menu. select the queue and edit "Static Agents" field.
    put there agents numbers:
    A5000,0
    A5001,0
    A5002,0

    AFAIK agent numbers should be 4 digits long, and should not interfere with any extensions numbers.

    and don't forget to start dialer service.

    But because I use the letter "A"?

    And on the screen of the agent does not appear the time of the call, the hungup and transfer are disabled.

    And at the beginning of the screen shows "No Active Call"

    You know how to fix it?
