Associate callerid to agent

    Hello everyone,

    I was wondering if anyone had a setup like this in their call center. I have a call center that we would like to associate customers to specific sales representative (VIP Service). As soon as these customer calls, we would redirect them to their salespersons. How can I achieve that? would it be possible to use a database? We are talking about something like 2500 customers with an average of 2-3 phone numbers per customer. I am using another call center (Avaya) and we have it setup with a SQL database and I am pushing to achieve the same thing with Elastix and the call center feature. I am sure that our Avaya could be replaced by Asterisk but still need to proove it and I am building my business case...Any help would be appreciated.
