Another suggestion - a Ticketing System

    Has anyone thought of a ticketing system to add? It would go nicely with all the other features of a callcenter. I am currently using eventnum from It is a very complex tool but does the job very well.

    I guess you could use sugarcrm as such but it doesnt do it very well. I know vtiger has a ticket module.. maybe that is the solution.. it would be nice to just have a product separate from all the crm stuff..<br><br>Post edited by: emb3dd3d, at: 2008/03/20 22:01
