Alert Info with Cisco 7941

    I have 4 Cisco 7941 phones and each have an extension and a intercom extension. I need to get the alert info setup on a couple of queues and I am not having any luck. I have the ringlist.dat file with the ringtone name and file name. I type the file name in the alert info section of the queue but the ring does not change.

    Now I have a ringlist.xml file I use to distribute the current ringtones to the phones so that each phone can select a different ring, this works fine.

    Is there a specific directory I need to put the alert info ringtone in?

    Any help would be appreciated
