agente console LOGOUT

    Hi there

    I have created mutiple agents but with on similitude. I explain: agent 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000, and they all log in to the queue with ext 120. (Of course not at the same time, sometimes, is agent 2000 and then could be 4000 or 5000). I repeat they are not logged in at the same time.

    The problem is that when the agent logs out from the web interface and then logs in with another agent, the previous agent stays logged in the queue. In other words it seems that the logout button in the agents web interface is not working.

    How can I solve this issue, it is creating a big confussion and errors in the call center.

    I would like some advice about it
