Agent screen shows No Active Calls

    Hi all,

    I have some problems with call center module from Elastix. I use Elastix 1.1-6 (Latest Stable VMware Version) with vmware server.

    I have configured two extensions :
    PBX >> Extensions
    I have configured one queue and i have added one member (101)
    PBX >> Queues
    I have added one agent :
    CALLCENTER >> Agents
    I have created one campaign :
    CALLCENTER >> Outgoing Calls >> Campaign
    I have started the dialer service.
    I logged on Agent console with 101/101. The screen shows : NO ACTIVE CALL however phones 100 and 101 are registed on X-lite.

    What is the problem ??? why the dialer doesn't call the phone 100 ???
