Agent lost sound in Agent Console

    Hi all I have a strange behaivor, i have some Agent's in agent console for outgoing call, the agent lost hearing the music on hold and the next call recived, i have a SIP trunk with our VoipProvider and i has patched the asterisk for bug In Use, those any one has thes behaivor, all comunication is in g729.


    Any Clue.
